Enquiries collect your name, company, email and requirements only for business follow-up. The website server stores accepted enquiries and sends a notification to sales@rc1981.com for business follow-up. Your email address is used only as the reply-to contact, never as the sender identity. Notification acceptance by a mail service does not prove inbox delivery. No enquiry is imported into a prospecting or outreach database.
Enquiry data is processed on the RC1981 host in Los Angeles, USA. SQLite enquiries are retained for 30 days and automatically purged hourly; deletion may lag by about one hour or longer during an outage. Private backups contain at most 29 days of enquiry history and expire after 23 hours, with hourly cleanup. Operational logs rotate for up to 7 days and security audit records for 30 days. Resend, Cloudflare Email Routing and liukunrui@163.com may retain independent email or service copies under their own retention settings. Deleting the website database does not delete these copies. To request access or deletion, contact sales@rc1981.com; mailbox and provider copies require separate handling.
